Welcome to the Scoremusic paperless sheet music world! Here we describe how we collect, use, handle and safeguard the information you provide us when you use our services, including software and services of Scoremusic WEB and APP ("Services").
What & Why
All the information we collect is related to providing, improving and protecting the Scoremusic Services and its features.
Account. We collect, and associate with your account, information like your name, username(s), password(s), email address(es) and account activity.
Services. Our Services are designed to make it simple for you to store Your Content, collaborate with others, and work across multiple devices (for example tablets, computers). To make that possible, we store, process, and transmit Your Content - like digital sheet music files and annotations - as well as information related to it.
Usage. When you use or interact with the Service, we may use a variety of technologies that collect information about how the Service is accessed, what actions are taken and what Services are used. This helps us provide and improve our Services.
We also may collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. This may include things like URL information, cookie data, your IP address, the types of devices you are using to access or connect to the Service, unique device ID, device attributes, network connection type (e.g., WiFi, 3G) and provider, network and device performance, browser type, language, operating system. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services.

Others working for Scoremusic. How
Security. We will process and protect your data in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation and any other applicable laws.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services, you may delete your account. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note,
however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. When your personal information is no longer required, we will destroy, delete or convert it into an anonymous form.
Direct marketing
Where we have your consent to do so (e.g if you have subscribed to one of our e-mail lists or have otherwise indicated that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us), we may send you marketing communications about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. You can ‘opt-out’ of such communications if you would prefer not to receive them in the future by clicking unsubscribe button, which can be found at the end of such e-mails.
Changes
